Since November 2024, the Hirslanden Group – with Klinik St. Anna in Lucerne and Klinik Hirslanden in Zurich – and the Gastrocentro Lugano have been joining forces in gastroenterology and hepatology to provide the population of the canton of Ticino with competent, local care for complex cases.
The cooperation between the Hirslanden Group and Gastrocentro Lugano has enabled the rapid and highly specialised clarification and treatment of patients in the canton of Ticino since 1 November 2024. Interventionscan be performed by specialists at Klinik St. Anna in Lucerne or at the Hirslanden Gastrology Centre in Zurich. This will significantly increase the range of treatment options available within highly specialised medicine (HSM) for complex gastroenterological endoscopic interventions in the canton of Ticino.
This close collaboration allows us to care for patients from Ticino close to their homes. Thanks to the Hirslanden Group’s outstanding network, care is always guaranteed, even in complex cases.
