With Compassana – a digital health ecosystem – Hirslanden is working with Medbase, Groupe Mutuel, Helsana, Swica and the LUKS Group to develop a portal which customers can use with ease to coordinate their own healthcare services and which supports them on their health journey at any stage of life.
The centrepiece of the health ecosystem is a digital portal that allows outpatient, inpatient and digital healthcare services to be coordinated easily. Customers can thus organise their own personal healthcare services around the clock. By accessing their personal health and treatment information, they can assume a greater degree of personal responsibility. Treatment paths can be determined and discussed jointly by patients and healthcare professionals.
Compassana promotes integrated collaboration between all relevant players in the Swiss healthcare system: doctors, medical and health-related professionals, health insurers and technology providers.
