Hirslanden Clinique La Colline to receive "Sport Medical Base" certification from Swiss Olympic on 1 January 2017. The quality of Hirslanden Clinique La Colline's sports-related care and commitment have been recognised by Swiss Olympic. From 1 January 2017, Hirslanden Clinique La Colline will hold the "Sport Medical Base" certification.

For many years, Hirslanden Clinique La Colline has been committed to several sports-related medical specialties such as orthopaedics and physiotherapy, and now the hospital has received accreditation from Swiss Olympic allowing it to advise young and experienced athletes on medical and medical-sports matters.

This accreditation will be granted to Hirslanden Clinique La Colline in mid-December and will be valid from 1 January 2017.

Clinique La Colline is located just a few minutes from the centre of Geneva and offers multidisciplinary medical and surgical services through more than 20 different specialties. Following an extension at the end of 2014, the hospital has state-of-the-art facilities, with 100 bedrooms and suites, an emergency department, six operating theatres and its own outpatients department. Around 280 members of staff and 400 affiliated doctors oversee the health and wellbeing of patients.
