We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our varied menus should contribute to this. They are freshly prepared on a daily basis and are seasonally adjusted. On request or if prescribed by a doctor, our patients receive light meals, full meals or vegetarian meals. We also offer a wide range of à la carte food in addition to our daily meals.
The hotel service staff will be glad to advise you on your choice of meal. They will take your order on a daily basis for the following day. Our nutritional counsellors are at your disposal to answer any nutritional questions.
Hotel Service
The hotel service staff will visit you in your room and take your food and drink requests. You can reach the hotel service as follows:
Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 19:00
Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 16:00
Cafeteria/kiosk
You can purchase small snacks and drinks in the cafeteria on the ground floor. When the weather is nice, our cafeteria team will be glad to serve you and your visitors on the large terrace with a wonderful view of Bern's Old Town and the Alps. You can also buy newspapers, magazines and smaller gifts.

In Villa Ruffy on the ground floor, the self-service restaurant "Chez Ruffy" offers you a wide range of food.

Snack Machine
In the lounge on the 2nd floor, you will find a snack and drinks machine as well as a coffee machine. Please note that only card payment is possible.
Cook & chill system
We prepare our food in accordance with the latest nutritional criteria and use the cook & chill system as part of the process. The procedure is called "Cook & Chill": After it has been produced, the food is cooled from 90°C to 5°C within 20 minutes. This method allows us to maintain the high quality of the food.
