Coronavirus information

Restricted visitor regulation

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, limited visitor regulations apply at the Klinik Beau-Site, which deviate from the normal visitor regulations and visiting hours. Click here to find out more if you would like to visit someone.

Flowers and plants

Please note that no potted plants or flower arrangements are permitted in the ward for hygiene reasons. Neither potted plants nor cut flowers may be brought to the ICU or to the monitoring station.

Gifts
You can purchase newspapers, vouchers and premium Hirslanden products for daily use in our cafeteria on the ground floor.

Car parking
There are covered parking spots available opposite the hospital in the Kursaal car park (fees apply). There is also free but limited parking in the area.

Accommodation
For reasons of space, an overnight stay in a foldaway bed is only possible in our single rooms. This requires private insurance or an upgrade for patients with semi-private or basic insurance. Relatives of patients with private insurance or patients with an upgrade can stay overnight free of charge (excluding breakfast).

Visiting hours

The following visiting hours apply at Klinik Beau-Site:

  • Normal ward: 9.00 am – 8.00 pm
  • Intermediate care (IMC): 4.00 pm – 8.00 pm, or by arrangement
  • Intensive care unit (ICU): 11.00 am – 1.00 pm and 4.00 pm – 8.00 pm, or by arrangement (for close relatives)

Please arrange your visit with the patient.

Catering
You are also welcome to visit over lunchtime or in the evening. You can choose between different daily menus as well as a wide range of other cuisine and drinks. Guest meals can be ordered from the nurses the day before.
