Some examinations require specific preparation and/or discontinuation of certain medications. Additional information will be communicated to you by your doctor or by our secretariat.

Oncology / Infectiology

• Whole body PET/CT with 18F-FDG, 18F-PSMA, 18F-DOPA, with or without cervico-thoraco-abdomino-pelvic CT injected with iodine:
  • Extension assessment, recurrence search and therapeutic follow-up of tumors
  • Radiotherapy schedule
  • Search for infectious foci(s) or arteritis

• Brain PET/CT at 18F-FDG or 18F-FET:
  
  • Brain tumour assessment

• SPECT/CT and whole body bone scan: 
  
  • Search for bone metastases, primary bone tumor

• SPECT/CT and lymphoscintigraphy (breast, melanoma...):
  •  Sentinel lymph node search

Cardiology

• Myocardial perfusion SPECT/CT or PET/CT with or without native cardiac CT (calcium score): 
  • Myocardial ischemia
  • Stratification of cardiovascular risk

•  Cardiac 18F-FDG viability PET/CT: 
  • Myocardial viability
    

• Isotopic ventriculography: 
  • Evaluation of ventricular ejection fraction
    

• Cardiac SPECT/CT (amyloidosis):
  • Cardiac amyloidosis test

Orthopedics / Rheumatology

• SPECT/CT and partial or whole body bone scan:
  • Investigation of orthopedic pathology (loosening of material, complication of fractures ...)
  • Investigation of rheumatological disease, algoneurodystrophy (Sudeck's disease) 
  • Investigation of other pathologies (osteoarthritis, fracture, osteoarthritis)

Pneumology

• SPECT/CT and pulmonary ventilation and perfusion scan: 
  • Diagnosis and follow-up of pulmonary embolism
  • Preoperative Regional Pulmonary Functional Report
  • Assessment before stereotactic radiotherapy

Endocrinology

• Technetium or iodine-123 thyroid scan: 
  • Search for Graves' disease, thyroiditis
  • Functional evaluation of thyroid nodules
  • Individual dosimetry before outpatient therapy

• SPECT/CT to MIBI or PET/CT to 18F-FCH of parathyroids: 
  • Parathyroid adenoma test

Neurology

• SPECT/CT at DaTSCAN:  
  • Search for Parkinson's disease or parkinsonism

• Brain 18F-FDG PET/CT: 
  • Research into neurodegenerative disease

Uro-nephrology

• Isotopic nephrogram: 
  • Assessment of obstructive uropathy (lasix test) 
  • Assessment of relative renal function
  • Post-kidney transplant follow-up

• SPECT/CT and cortical renal scintigraphy: 
  • Search for scars or focus of acute pyelonephritis 
  • Assessment of relative renal function

•  Isotopic voiding cystography : 
  • Research, quantification and follow-up of vesicoureteral reflux
    

Gastroenterology

• Scintigraphy of the salivary glands: 
  • Investigation of dry mouth (xerostomia) 

• Gastric emptying: 
  • Search for gastric motility disorders

• Scintigraphy in search of Meckel's diverticulum: 
  • Search for ectopic gastric mucosa

Outpatient systemic isotope therapy

• Iodine-131 therapy (benign thyroid disease) 

• Analgesic therapy with Radium-223 (bone metastases)
