The Digestive Diseases Centre at the Hirslanden La Colline and Les Grangettes Clinics is a multidisciplinary and multi-site centre that brings together specialists from several disciplines.
The Centre for Digestive Diseases treats classic and more complex pathologies of the digestive tract, including:

- Stomach
- Small intestine
- The colon
- Rectum and anus
- Liver
- Bile ducts
- From the spleen
- From the pancreas
It also treats pathologies of the abdominal wall, such as:
- Inguinal hernias
- Umbilical hernias, etc...

Patients and attending physicians may contact the Centre to have digestive diseases of an oncological, infectious, immunological or inflammatory nature evaluated. Each case will be presented and discussed at a multidisciplinary colloquium, the tumorboard, during which special attention will be devoted to tumor diseases.
Using state-of-the-art techniques, specialists from the Digestive Diseases Centre at Hirslanden Clinique La Colline and des Grangettes make diagnoses and then propose the most appropriate treatments.
The Centre has a central secretariat with an on-call system, which allows treating physicians to quickly refer their patients for investigations or consultation with our team of specialists.
The Clinique des Grangettes also offers continuing care and intensive care services, with specialists in anesthesia and intensive care, available at all times. This organization guarantees secure handling of the most complex situations.
A centre open to all patients, regardless of their insurance
In the event of hospitalization, patients with basic insurance may be taken care of at the Centre for Digestive Diseases and operated on at the Clinique des Grangettes as part of the service mandate granted by the State of Geneva according to the places available in the clinic.
