Among the range of diagnostic and therapeutic examinations offered by interventional pulmonology approaches, 2 diagnostic examinations will now be available on the Clinique des Grangettes website.
- Fibroscope bronchoscopy: this is an endoscopic examination of the upper airway, trachea and bronchi that is done by mouth using a flexible tube equipped with a camera and which allows samples to be taken from the bronchi and lungs (biopsies, microbiological examinations).
- Endobronchial ultrasonography: this ultrasound wave technique comes from the combination of bronchoscopy and ultrasound. It makes it possible to take samples of structures attached to the bronchi (punctures).
