Important Information About Your Room Upgrade
Please note that a room upgrade is only possible subject to availability. We recommend booking early so that we can best accommodate your preferences. A room upgrade applies exclusively to room occupancy and does not change your insurance class. Therefore, additional medical services and hospitality services are not included. When you book a room upgrade, a corresponding room will be reserved for you. If you request a single room, a room for single occupancy will be reserved (a double room for single use or a single room). The costs associated with the room upgrade are not covered by health insurance and must be paid out of pocket.
