Accreditation of the neonatology service at level IIA for the Clinique des Grangettes Maternity Ward
IIA accreditation makes it possible to provide care for infants from the 34th week of gestational age, but also to continue neonatal care for infants born in a level III facility from the 32nd week of gestational age. It attests to the commitment of the medical care teams and the will of the maternity ward to provide care services that meet the highest standards of safety, quality and comfort.

We are leaders with the largest TikTok fan base out of all Swiss hospitals! We are particularly pleased to see the success story from Aarau: our TikTok campaign has been recognised as a success story by TikTok for Business. The underlying social media campaign also won first place in the ’Performance’ category at Best of Swiss Web.

We are delighted to see that Hirslanden has been recognised as a leading employer in several rankings: we reached first place in the industry ranking of the Service Value study. In addition, according to the Universum Ranking, students consider us among the top 5 employers in the healthcare sector. Klinik Linde: new emergency centre with increased capacity
With its new emergency centre, Klinik Linde is increasing the medical supply capacity for dealing with emergencies in the region. The centre was inaugurated in the presence of Executive Councillor Pierre Alain Schnegg.

Hirslanden shows its colours – for more sustainability in the operating room
To celebrate International SDG Flag Day, we are clearly committed to the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals. We are committed to acting sustainably and taking responsibility for current and future generations. Together with our partner Johnson & Johnson, we help to ensure responsible consumption and production (Goal 12) by collecting and recycling used surgical instruments. This allows high-quality materials such as steel, titanium, aluminium and chrome-plated steel to be reused and recycled.
Identification of the ‘Imageable Genome’
The research group led by Prof. Dr Martin Walter, a specialist in nuclear medicine at Klinik St. Anna, identified new imaging test possibilities for a wide range of human diseases using positron emission tomography (PET).
