BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER YOUR PREGNANCY
- Intuitive body massage
This gentle, attentive massage relieves tension, softens the skin and activates circulation. A gentle, nourishing touch that reduces stress hormones and promotes deep relaxation.
It can be performed from the 3rd month of pregnancy or after childbirth.
- Plantar harmonisation
This foot massage promotes balance in the body. It helps mothers-to-be (from the 3rd month) to relieve the discomforts of pregnancy (nausea, circulatory and digestive problems, sleep disorders, etc.) and is ideal for post-natal recovery.
- Kobido treatment
A facial massage of Japanese origin, every muscle in the face as well as the décolleté and trapezius are worked and relaxed. It's a gentle, natural alternative that awakens and plumps up the face to erase all traces of fatigue.
It can be used from the start of pregnancy.
