We are on call for you 24 hours a day, all year round. Our team is responsible for your care before, during and after the anaesthetic.
Your anesthetist will explain the advantages and disadvantages of the various forms of anesthesia in a pre-operative consultation. This also includes pain therapy and monitoring after the operation. Together you will decide on the optimal form.
Depending on the procedure, the consultation takes place on an outpatient basis in the preoperative anesthesia consultation (PAS) or on the day of admission. You will receive the written request for the outpatient PAS by post a few days before the operation. If you do not receive an invitation but would like a consultation before the day of admission, please contact the PAS team on T +41 71 282 77 17.
Don't forget to bring the completed anesthesia information and consent form, including a list of medications, with you to the consultation. The form will be sent to you by post together with the clinic request.
