Dialysis

A nephrologist is an expert in different diseases of the kidneys as well as their consequences and treatment options. He or she can prescribe and monitor dialysis (haemodialysis). This treatment is carried out regularly if the kidneys are no longer able to clean the blood of toxins themselves.

Klinik Im Park has a dialysis unit with twelve treatment stations which are open to outpatient dialysis patients of all insurance classes. Inpatients are also dialysed directly in Klinik Im Park. Patients on holiday in Switzerland and in the region of Zurich who require dialysis are welcome. Klinik Im Park treats acute and chronic renal failure in accordance with the latest standards using cutting-edge dialysis equipment.
