My vision
«My vision for healthcare leadership is integrating diverse skills and people to deliver ethical healthcare focused on the consumer. To achieve this vision, we must focus on people’s strengths and create a culture that allows for individuality and innovation. The healthcare industry is one of the last industries to go through an era of digital transformation. We must embrace and drive this change for the benefit of the consumer and the healthcare system. Technology is the enabler, but without responsible leadership we will not address the future demands in healthcare, balancing between the needs of the consumer and the reality of social, economic and political environment that we live in.»
