- Hirslanden Privé Membership includes benefits for privately insured persons under their current insurance status, in the event of illness and/or accident.
- Should the card holder not wish to benefit from the membership, it may be cancelled by calling the Service Line 0842 444 222 or at prive@hirslanden.ch.
- The Hirslanden Privé card is free of charge and no purchase is required. It is issued only to persons who are at least 18 years of age and resident in Switzerland.
- With the first use of the card, the card holder consents to the contents of the GTC and all related rights and obligations associated with the card.
- The Hirslanden Privé card is valid yearly from the date of issuance, until the termination of this supplementary hospital insurance.
- The Hirslanden Privé card is non-transferable. The card holder receives the benefits listed.
- Card holders benefit from special offers for specific products or services.
- The Hirslanden Privé card cannot be combined with any other individual reductions.
- A lost or stolen Hirslanden Privé card will be replaced free of charge on written request.
- Information and promotions concerning the Hirslanden Privé card will be sent to the last address given by the card holder. Hirslanden Privé must be notified of any name or address change in order to guarantee the service. If the name or address change is not notified, no liability will be assumed by Hirslanden Privé.
- With use of the card, the card holder agrees to the GTC applicable at the time of entry, and allows Hirslanden Privé access to data concerning their person and hospital stay. This information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be divulged or made accessible to third parties.
- If no objection is communicated, further Hirslanden Privé offers may be sent.
- With use of the Hirslanden Privé card, Hirslanden also registers non-personal data (such as frequency of use of the Hirslanden Privé card). This anonymous information is evaluated for statistical purposes. Hirslanden saves and processes personal data of the user only for the purpose for which the user conveyed it. This personal information will not be disclosed to third parties for use (except for subsidiaries of Hirslanden AG) and is not associated with usage data or other databases of Hirslanden. The GTC on the website apply in all other respects.
- Hirslanden Privé reserves the right to change the GTC at any time and without notice. These changes will be effective immediately on posting on the www.hirslanden.ch/prive website. - Hirslanden examines the content conveyed and opinions expressed on the part of Hirslanden for accuracy and topicality. However, Hirslanden cannot guarantee the accuracy, topicality or completeness of contents conveyed and expressed on the part of Hirslanden. Any liability for injury to the user or third parties arising from the use of the conveyed and expressed content is declined by Hirslanden. - Should Hirslanden Privé identify misuse or fraud in any way, it reserves the right to terminate the Hirslanden Privé card.
- Swiss law shall be exclusively applicable. Should one or more of these GTC be wholly or partially invalid according to law, regulations or changes in legislation, all other terms and conditions remain in force, and the most valid regulation concerning the intended purpose of the invalid provision will apply. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
