Construction work in Forchstrasse
From Monday, 12 February 2024 until probably November 2024, the section of Forchstrasse between Apollostrasse and Hegibachplatz may be subject to extended arrival and departure times to and from the Hirslanden Clinic due to renovation work.
Klinik Hirslanden will remain accessible to both public and private transport at all times. Diversions will be signposted and replacement buses will be used at times.

Visiting hours
General:
- For privately insured persons: Individual
- For semi-privately insured persons: Continuously from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.
- For those with general insurance: Continuously from 13.00 to 20.00
Maternity department:
- For privately insured persons: Individual
- For people with semi-private insurance: Continuously from 9.00 to 21.00 hrs
- For those with general insurance: Continuously from 2.30 pm to 8.00 pm / partners by arrangement
Intensive care unit:
- Throughout the day from 13.00 to 20.00
Visitor car parks
The following car parks (subject to charges) are available for patients and visitors to the Hirslanden Clinic:

Opening hours daily from 6-21 hrs.

On the visitor level (level -3), three charging stations for electric vehicles are available. Please note that for all stations, you need to bring your own cable with a Type 2 connector to charge your vehicle.

Please note that there is only very limited free parking available in the immediate vicinity of Klinik Hirslanden (blue zone).
Parking fees
Free of charge up to 30 minutes
- 1 to 9 hours = CHF 4.00 per hour
- 10 to 24 hours = CHF 40.00
- Each additional day = CHF 40.00
For lost parking tickets, please report to the main entrance of Klinik Hirslanden.
Liability of the operator
The use of the underground car park and the car parks, including the lifts, is at the user's own responsibility and risk. In particular, users are also responsible for driving, parking, for other users getting in and out of their car and for loading and unloading luggage and goods in the underground car park and the car parks.
The operator accepts no liability for damage of any kind, including liability for auxiliary persons and third parties. In particular, the operator is not liable for damage caused by force majeure, elemental damage, acts of vandalism and damage to vehicles, theft, etc. In this context, users acknowledge that the operator does not guard the parked vehicles and that it has no duty of care, supervision or other duties of care, regardless of the video surveillance installed.

- Tram no. 11 from Zurich main station or Zurich Stadelhofen to Balgrist tram stop.
- Forchbahn (S 18) from Stadelhofen station to the Balgrist stop.

Restaurant Quadro:
Mon-Fri 10-21:30 (kitchen until 21:00) / Sat & Sun 10-21 (kitchen until 20:30), level 1
Flowers and plants
For reasons of hygiene, only cut flowers are permitted. Potted plants and moss are not permitted.

Visitor toilets
Visitors have access to appropriately labelled toilets outside the patient rooms.
Smoking
The Klinik Hirslanden is generally smoke-free.
Smokers can smoke in the patient and visitor garden on level 0.
Internet
Our patients and visitors have free access to a WLAN network throughout the clinic for Internet access with laptops, tablets or smartphones. No user name or password is required for the WLAN.

Animals
For reasons of hygiene, animals are not permitted in the clinic.
Art walk
