SUPPLEMENTARY BENEFITS BEFORE YOU GIVE BIRTH
- Childbirth preparation classes (weekdays or weekends)
Weekday evenings (five evenings) or weekends (Saturday & Sunday), in French or English.
- Birth preparation classes for dads
A session dedicated to dads to help them find their place before, during and after childbirth.
- Physiotherapy to prepare for childbirth
Six 90-minute physiotherapy sessions, physical maintenance and preparation of the perineum.
